Buy it
Browse the house market with /hmarket. Prices scale with size, from roughly $1M to $3.5M, and you can sell a house back to the server for 75%. /gpshouse <name> navigates you to one, and /house is your owner menu: list for sale, keys, storage, rooms and a seller note.
What owning gives you
- Full build and use rights.

/houseinv, 20 of each digital item). - Keys for friends: open
/house, choose Manage Keys, and click a player's head.
Rent it by the room

Carve out a room. Use
/house room wand, then/house room create <name> <price>. - 2
List it. Rooms are rented per real day on the For Rent tab of
/hmarket. The first day is charged at once, and renters who don't pay are evicted. - 3
Renters move in. They can open doors, chests, levers and buttons in their room, but never build, and they get a Room Menu (
/roominv). - 4
Owners stay in control. Manage rooms or evict from
/house, then Rooms. Room storage is half the size of a house's.
Renting a whole house no longer exists. It's rooms only. Renters can give and revoke keys, or stop renting, from their Room Menu.
