Buy a house
Browse the house market with /hmarket. Prices scale with size, from roughly $1M to $3.5M, and /gpshouse <name> navigates you to one. You can sell a house back to the server for 75%. /house is your owner menu: list it for sale, hand out keys, open storage and manage rooms.
What owning a house gives you
- Full build and use rights. Build your own mansion.
- A cash vault with
/storage, safer than the cash in your pocket. - An item stash with
/houseinv, 20 of each digital item. - Keys for friends. Open
/house, choose Manage Keys and click a player's head. - Your garage. Your house is the place you can put a vehicle away on demand.
Build it into a mansion
Every house you own can be built 8 blocks up and 8 blocks down from its ground level. Rent out rooms, decorate it however you like and put your own door and chests on the part nobody should see.
Your mansion is also a target
This is a Cops & Robbers city, so someone is always looking at your door. A player can try to lockpick it (40% chance per try) or stand inside and rob it (30 seconds, 50% chance), and both earn them wanted stars. Keep your cash in the vault, keep the door locked and keep a friend nearby.
While you have wanted stars you can't place or break blocks in a house you own or hold a key to, so don't count on building your way out of a chase. Read the housing guide.
