In plain words
What the perks mean
- 85% wealth tax starts above
- Once your cash and bank together pass this amount, your income is taxed at 85%. A normal player reaches it at $3,000,000.
- Death tax
- Dying normally costs 3% of your cash and bank, up to $500,000, unless Life Insurance protects you. Every VIP rank is exempt.
- Stock market investment cap
- The most your whole stock portfolio can be worth. A normal player's cap is $200,000.
- Gang zones
- How many more city zones your gang can hold on top of the normal limit.
- Gang bank cap
- The most a gang's bank can hold. A normal gang's cap is $250,000.
- Iron armor trims
- How many of the 18 trim patterns you can put on your iron armor with /irontrim. Normal players can't use any.

How much do the VIP ranks cost?
Hustler is $5 a month (or $13 for 3 months), Kingpin is $10 a month (or $27 for 3 months) and Mogul is $75 once. The prices are real money, not in-game cash.
Do I need a VIP rank to play?
No. Mine Theft Auto: Vice City is free to join and a VIP rank is optional.
What is the wealth tax?
The server taxes the income you earn every couple of in-game days. Once your cash and bank together pass the wealth-tax amount, that income is taxed at 85%. A normal player reaches the amount at $3,000,000. Each VIP rank moves it higher, and Mogul is never taxed at the wealth rate.
Do VIP ranks change the death tax?
Yes. All three ranks are exempt. Without one, dying costs 3% of your cash and bank (up to $500,000) unless Life Insurance protects you.
Is the Hustler rank the same as the Hustlers class group?
No. Hustler is a VIP rank you can buy. The Hustlers is a group of classes in the class menu, and every player can pick from it for free. See the classes.
Is the High Roller Casino a VIP perk?
No. The High Roller floor is open to anyone with $10,000,000 or more, and no VIP rank is needed. See the casino.
