Start a gang
/team create <name> <prefix> costs $5,000 and makes you the leader. /team join <name> joins an open gang. A closed one needs /team invite, accepted with /team accept or declined with /team deny. /team leave quits, and if the leader leaves, the gang disbands.
Run it
The leadership manages ranks (/team promote and /team demote), membership (/team kick, /team ban and /team unban) and identity (/team edit for the prefix, name, description, color or motd), and can hand leadership off with /team setleader.
/team chat toggles talking to just your own gang. /team info, /team list and /team top show a gang's details, every gang on the server, and the biggest ones.
Territory
Admin-marked zones pay real cash into a gang's bank over time. A zone belongs to whichever gang currently has more members physically standing inside it than anyone else. Hold that numeric edge long enough and it flips to you. Losing the edge works the same in reverse, and an empty or tied zone just holds steady.
A single player can't flip an undefended zone alone (a minimum headcount is required to contest one), and a zone that just flipped can't be re-contested again for a while.
Owned zones pay into the gang's bank on a timer, only while a gang member is online and actually playing. A leader or co-leader withdraws from the bank. It has a cap, and some donor ranks raise both that cap and how many zones a single gang can hold.
